What do you think about this ?

Don't say that writing about your life or technology or crafts isn't good topic for your business schools applications. Those are, in fact, fantastic topics because while other people might be writing about them, none of them are writing with your unique perspective. No matter what anyone else might say or tell you, everyone has a story to be told and, frankly, having a desire to write your mba essays is the best way I know to tell your story not only to the admissions, but to the world and specially to yourself.
